Born and raised in Mobile, Mr. Byrd graduated from Jefferson Davis High School in Montgomery before pursuing higher education at Duke University. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from The University of Alabama, where he developed the analytical foundation that would define his legal career.
